Prior to joining ACS, Mr. Davis was Contracts Manager and Project Manager for various government contracts. Projects he worked on include warehousing operations, facilities maintenance, minor construction, as well as analytical, productivity, and efficiency studies. Prior to joining ACS, as Human Resources Manager, in September 1998, Mr. Williams completed a twenty-year career in the U.S. Navy as a Senior Data Processor, which included managing automated operations in support of Navy logistics/supply, ship repair and financial management. Additionally, during Mr. Williams’ Navy career he served as Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, Training Officer, Command Career Counselor and finally Senior Instructor/Course Supervisor at the Fleet Training Center, Norfolk, VA where he earned the Distinguished Instructor Award. After completing his Navy career Mr. Williams joined the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office of USAA Property & Casualty Insurance Company where he managed the Recruitment, Employee Benefits, and various employee and manager orientation programs from 1992 to 1996. More recently Mr. Williams applied his vast experience and expertise in program management, customer relations and process development, relating to Human Resource Management, by assisting other organizations such as Lillian Vernon and The American Red Cross (Mid-Atlantic).
